Cyron is passionate about design thinking training, no-code development, and mentoring young entrepreneurs. As Executive Director of MakerBay Foundation, he directs the strategic development and growth of the organisation, to empower young people with maker skills and mindsets to make an impact. He has more than 10 years of experience in design thinking training and facilitating for schools, NGOs, and corporations.

Jason stands out for his pioneering integration of entertainment with education. With ten years of experience in training, Jason excels in the domain of “Train the Trainer” methodologies, focusing on empowering educators to leverage STEAM education and design thinking principles effectively. His approach to training emphasises interactive exercises and customised programmes, not merely engaging participants but significantly enhancing their abilities to facilitate learning, encouraging critical thinking, and nurturing problem-solving capabilities in their respective educational contexts.
