Thanks to the French Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau’s invitation, we participated in the French Science Festival by hosting a mini solar car workshop and having fun with participants.
Participants made use of recycled beverage cartons to create their small solar car. They first used acrylic paints to decorate the cars, and then assembled the car by soldering the battery box, solar panel, and motor. Everyone made a unique and environmentally friendly solar car while learning the fundamentals of electronics at the same time!
