The summer is coming on this hemisphere and the first case of Zika was annouced in HK: http://www.scmp.com/news/hong-kong/health-environment/article/2090930/hong-kong-woman-who-travelled-south-america

A day after, the HK government reacted by posting a set of instructions of how to deal with ZIKA: http://www.chp.gov.hk/en/view_content/43086.html

This year again, we should be prepared in case of Zika spreading in the region. For this reason, we are re-starting our Citizen Science program ZIKA Hackathon, a social gathering of concerned and pro-active citizens.

We will be talking about the group progress, about new technology developments and what we, citizens, can do about it.

This event is open to everyone. You do not have to be a scientist or and engineer to contribute. Everyone can contribute. References
