A day after, the HK government reacted by posting a set of instructions of how to deal with ZIKA: http://www.chp.gov.hk/en/view_content/43086.html

This year again, we should be prepared in case of Zika spreading in the region. For this reason, we are re-starting our Citizen Science program ZIKA Hackathon, a social gathering of concerned and pro-active citizens.

We will be talking about the group progress, about new technology developments and what we, citizens, can do about it.

This event is open to everyone. You do not have to be a scientist or and engineer to contribute. Everyone can contribute. References

“Community Project in Yau Ma Tei” to Explore Inheritance of Craftmanship

The “Craftsmanship Community Project in Yau Ma Tei” aims to bring participants to old shops, engage in conversations with the owners and craftsmen, and learn about the stories behind these establishments. Afterwards, we applied maker skills to create a wooden cart that showcases the history and traditional craftsmanship of Yau Ma Tei.
