The venture designs a unique mobile application (RISE) to facilitate community rehabilitation of stroke patients. It aims to expand and improve current rehabilitation services by providing cost-effective programmes to stroke patients. Also, it aims to reduce patients’ waiting time while offering more personalised rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual patient’s needs.
