Healthcare, Poverty

The project is dedicated to improving the physical and mental health of low-income individuals experiencing insomnia. A recording platform with a reward system is introduced to give participants the incentive to self-monitor their treatment process, including medication dosage, sleep duration, sleep quality, emotions and exercise hours. The activities offered in the reward system not only can foster cohesion among participants but also help them develop a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Participants have the opportunity to explore their interests beyond insomnia-related concerns and connect with family members or other participants. This in turn will make a positive impact on their sleep quality and improve their health.

With a team of registered occupational therapists, Brainy Training Kits uses their professional knowledge to design a training kit for people with dementia. The goal is to slow the progression of the disease and alleviate the burden on caregivers and medical staff.
